Chapter 4. Reason. 4.1. In Space the Reason exists in the unique form, in the form of spherical wave of Primmatter.
4.2. Measurement of Reason equally to length of its wave.
4.3. Wave conditions of a spherical wave can be various. These conditions are defined by character of interaction of spherical waves, their measurement and quantity. The wave volumes of Space having rather high power characteristics have own names.
4.4. The spherical wave having weak interactions with other spherical waves of the same measurement, refers to neutrino.
4.5. Neutrino is in constant movement that is consequence of its interaction with others neutrino all measurements.
4.6. The system cooperating neutrino goes together with Vacuum during its displacement in gravitational waves of high measurement. At wave movings the tendency of radial movement takes place. In result, the system cooperating neutrino leaves in Space and loses touch with a parent spherical wave.
4.7. Everyone neutrino is motionless in the system of coordinates. Physical parameters different neutrino are connected by relativistic parities.
4.8. The wave volume neutrino is formed by interaction of own converging and missing waves of a phase of Vacuum, and also waves next neutrino. The wave condition of everyone neutrino is unique.
4.9. Converging waves neutrino are modulated neutrino the lowest measurements contained in Space, and bring the scanned information in the center of pulsations. Heterogeneity of a converging spherical wave create heterogeneity of a peak condition of the center of pulsations. Consequence of this heterogeneity is heterogeneity of a missing spherical wave.
4.10. Heterogeneity of a peak condition of the center of pulsations neutrino create the secondary spherical waves of the lowest measurements having the general central area of pulsations, named Central neutrino. The quantity of measurements Central neutrino aspires to infinity, and the lowest measurement aspires to zero.
4.11. The volume Central neutrino is memory of Reason. In this volume the information brought by converging waves for all period of existence of Reason collects. The information is formed as a discrete wave condition in a peak phase, quantum of the information, and exists eternally as system of spherical waves. By a principle of superposition of waves the central volume neutrino can store infinite quantity of information quantums without distortion.
4.12. Missing spherical waves are formed at interaction of all information quantums Central neutrino. Process of formation of a missing wave of Reason is process of its thinking. The missing wave bears quantum of Idea of Reason which is its response to previous quantum of the information on a condition of Space.
4.13. The quantum of Idea of Reason and quantum of the information of Space cooperate at counter movement of missing and converging waves and form wave volume of Space the maintenance of Idea of Reason as system of objects of a secondary matter (idea).
4.14. The seen universe containing astronomical objects, radiations and all kinds of fields is the Idea of Reason of the universe.
4.15. Neutrino, moving with a speed of a wave, is in a positive or negative peak phase. Such neutrino refers to as a primary photon. The primary photon forms a trace of zero fluctuations of Vacuum. Zero fluctuations of Vacuum as a matter of fact are infinite set motionless neutrino which initial phase corresponds to the moment of their occurrence.
4.16. At collision of two primary photons which are taking place in an antiphase, there is an interaction of opposite phases of Vacuum and is born electron (positron). Electron are two primary photons and two their traces moving on the closed trajectory. It can be presented as the package curtailed in a ring from two waves of one measurement. Such structure can exist only in a homogeneous body, Primmatter.
4.17. Electron possesses high stability if both primary photons have identical length of a wave. Such conditions arise at counter interaction of modulations of peak surfaces of gravitational waves. Electrons, arising at interaction of zero fluctuations of a phase of Vacuum have essential distinctions in length of a wave more often. Therefore such electrons, named virtual, spontaneously appear and quickly break up on neutrino.
4.18. The reason of a primary photon receives the information on a condition of Space only in a direction of movement. The information is read out during movement, but this information cannot be taken from memory. She only forms new qualities due to correction of a background of a wave condition Central neutrino. The reason of a primary photon is outside of time, it does not give rise to an idea. Something similar occurs and with resonon in structures of substance.
4.19. The reason of a primary photon in structure of an electron receives the information on a spiral of movement of a phase of Vacuum. It also is outside of time and does not give rise to an idea. Its condition can be characterized as the maximum degree of pleasure achieved by merge to the pair, a highest level of stability. For it the eternity and an instant are equivalent. But to exist it is eternal electron cannot. The smallest distinctions in length of a wave of primary photons create displacement of their traces and occurrence of palpation which can lead to destruction of structure. In elementary particles there are conditions for recombination when primary photons broken of electron incorporate again, or one of them is replaced by other primary photon or resonon the same lengths of a wave. Occurs some kind of separation, selection of pair to the closest length of a wave.
4.20. Intensive development of memory of Reason goes at interaction neutrino on close distances. Thus are born Central neutrino high measurement which generate gravitational waves of higher frequency, than the Main thing neutrino. In these waves there is an intensive development of substance and Reason in its structures.
4.21. Dialogue of Reason in pairs, three or four with accommodation on equal distances from each other is preferable. Everyone one of them can enter into other similar group. At such dialogue is born and receives development substance of one measurement. From this substance in area between partners the structures having functional application can be generated.
4.22. Accommodation of cooperating Reason on the fixed distance from each other is possible at its penetration into crystal structures of substance of low measurement, in the field of failures of potential. At their interaction can be generated and taken for subsequent use of structure of substance of lower measurement. These structures can be generated under the coordinated plan with the purpose of realization of the certain functions in interests of an individual or group.
4.23. The significant part neutrino is born in gravitational waves of black holes, huge electrons. Area of their existence for a long time becomes a galaxy of this black hole. The galactic Reason develops on a background of continuously born substance of all measurements and high dynamics of gravitational waves.
4.24. Gravitational waves of high amplitude are a necessary condition of development of Reason which goes on a background of high dynamics of substance. In absence of gravitational waves the substance passes in like neutrino the form and exists as stable whirlwinds and standing waves. Time in these conditions is stopped, gravitation of substance is absent. But at moving to area of influence of gravitational waves of high amplitude time restores the course.
4.25. The galaxies which were lost touch with parent Reason of high measurement, are doomed for wandering on open spaces of Space while they will not meet a galaxy with black holes of the same measurement. Then galaxies can be united in a core of a nucleon. Frequency and intensity of gravitational waves will sharply increase. There will be an explosive development of Reason. This is promoted also by association of related Reason of different galaxies in a uniform galaxy of system of black holes. The core of a nucleon possesses gravitational fields of high intensity and becomes the center of formation of atom. These fields scan Space at a great distance, initiating process of formation of substance of measurement of black holes.
4.26. In substance of high measurement the Reason forms the huge civilizations working under coordinated plans. This not central the Reason incorporated by overall aims, plans and principles of interaction has the state hierarchy of a huge civilization. Such Reason refers to as volumetric Reason. It has a huge mental potential and is capable to operate by energy a huge nucleon by means of fields of artificial gravitation. The volumetric Reason of separate nucleons is united in uniform system of volumetric Reason of substance. To it under force to project and create complex structures from substance of measurement of black holes on which background the macrocivilization of volumetric Reason operates on a coherent plan. Macrocivilizations form structure of Space in the field of the existence, leaning on experience of similar civilizations which is transferred as not destroyed a code. The macrocivilization of volumetric Reason is Essence of Reason of the Space, the person having quality.
4.27. The reason Central neutrino is formed by separation of Reason of the lowest measurements born in gravitational waves. The Reason having certain frequency characteristics is allocated.
4.28. Criterion of concurrence of frequency characteristics of Reason is concurrence of frequency characteristics of substance of the Idea born at interaction. Fast destruction of Idea inevitably leads to to the termination of interaction of individual carriers of Reason.
4.29. Stable pairs and the groups of Reason having various names, are formed under condition of stability of structures of Idea. This stability finds expression in various forms, but its basis is stability created by public groups, associations and a civilization as a whole of structures of substance of the lowest measurement.
4.30. The civilization of Reason of high measurement and volumetric Reason of the lowest measurement have a relationship of cause and effect.
4.31. The reason Central neutrino, established stable communications, forms civilizations of Intellectual sphere Central neutrino. All other measurements are superseded from the central area of a spherical wave and leave in systems of volumetric Reason of Space.
4.32. The intellectual sphere forms an image of Idea of Reason of the universe, its answer to the received information on a wave condition of external Space. This image modulates a missing gravitational wave of Reason of the universe, starting thus a pendulum of the further development before the generated images of Idea, - quantums of Idea.
4.33. The reason of Intellectual sphere, the Maximum Reason, carries out support of the Idea generated by him and directs development of young Reason.
4.34. During gravitational impacts the Maximum Reason carries out selection of the developing Reason which has reached a necessary level, and moves it to other structures intended for the further formation of qualities, meeting the requirements of functioning in Intellectual sphere. At last stage moving young Reason to Intellectual sphere where to it charge the functions corresponding to individual qualities is carried out.
4.35. Process of formation of an image of Idea is the standard of a series of processes which repeatedly repeat in gravitational cycles at direct and reverse motion of time.
4.36. The idea develops in big and small gravitational cycles. Development of Idea goes modulations of the gravitational waves containing the information on new conditions of external Space and Intellectual sphere.
4.37. In development the Idea gets qualities of quantum of power influence of Reason of the universe on the structural maintenance of Space. The volumetric Reason operates this influence.
